PUC Academic Building

Santiago · 2016

The Academic Building of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (PUC) is 10,000 sqm and houses the offices of the academics of the Faculty of Medicine and classrooms. The design proposal and strategy was minimalist with signs that uses wood or adhesives to enhance the design of the interior architecture. The graphic proposal was inspired by the publishing world, academic publications and scientific illustrations, adopting a serif typeface and a black and white colour palette. I was involved throughout the entire project, from concept development to the supervision of the implementation.

This project was developed at Wayfinding Consultores
(www.wayfinding.cl) together with Pamela Sthandier.

This project obtained an Honourable Mention at the IGDEA Awards 2017 International Graphic Design Awards.
